This week, BTA announced the promotion of Sarah Rogers to agency president.
The announcement coincides with our firm’s 33rd anniversary.
Rogers, who joined BTA in 2009 as account coordinator and most recently served as director of agency services, will continue to report to CEO Ginna Royce.
“Sarah’s promotion is a clear reflection of the company’s current state: ready to take on the future and fired up after another strong year of growth and customer successes,” stated Royce, BTA founder. “While the 33-year celebration of the agency is significant, even more exciting and powerful is our future under Sarah’s leadership. For nearly 10 years, we’ve worked side-by-side, producing some of the firm’s best and most powerful work. Sarah has earned my trust, confidence and respect, and deserves this title,” Royce added.
As president, Rogers will have responsibility for evolving the agency’s capabilities while continuing to develop marketing strategies for BTA clients.
“Sarah’s business acumen, knack for marketing strategy and her analytic, sales-focused approach have paid big for our clients—boosting ROI and revenue,” said Royce.
“Helping lead an agency that has the proven track record of BlaineTurner Advertising is a true honor. The vision of our leadership shows that we are at the forefront of change through the investment and growth of our talent. With the current momentum at the agency, alongside a talented and passionate team, we are well positioned to continually create measurable and authentic solutions for our clients – a hallmark of BlaineTurner Advertising.” said Rogers.
Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. She is originally from Parkersburg and is married to Stephen Rogers.
